The Reports menu in Inleads.ai provides powerful insights into various sales and marketing activities, offering the ability to generate and export reports based on different metrics. Accessing the Reports Menu
Navigate to the Reports Menu: On the left-hand sidebar, click on the "Reports" menu item.
Select Metric: Use the dropdown menu to select the specific metric you want to generate a report for. The available metrics include:
Leads: Track the total number of leads generated over time.
Contacts: Analyze the number of contacts and their engagement.
Daily Active Users: Monitor the number of users actively engaging with your platform daily.
New SignUp: Understand the sign-up trends over a specific period.
Revenue: Track revenue generated from different leads.

Select Period: Choose the time period for which you want to generate the report. Options typically include:

Filter by Column: Use this option to filter the report based on specific columns, allowing for more granular analysis.
Generate Report: After selecting the metric, period, and filters, click on "Generate Report" to visualize the data.
Export Report: Once the report is generated, you can export it in PDF format for sharing with stakeholders or for record-keeping. Click on the "Export PDF" button to download the report.
